StreamLine D Press – Double Disc Ring Technology
The StreamLine D front press system employs the established Simba DD press ring, manufactured and patented by Simba International Limited, in a unique agreement for front mounted equipment. StreamLine D features a single row of 700mm diameter Simba DD rings fitted into the main section of the press frame and run on a split axle. This allows a speed differential between the rings for easier steering correction in work.
A choice of tine systems can be specified for the press according to your needs and ground conditions. These include the Simba leaf spring levelling board systems, which can be combined as required with two rows of spring tines, or two rows of rigid tines (shear bolt protected).
Proven over all soil types, Simba DD rings combine a wide shoulder and a sharp cutting edge to both cultivate and consolidate the seedbed. The profile of the DD press ring provides a degree of flotation to maintain a consistent depth.
